    I’m reading a script for a play right now, and the name of one of the characters is the name of a hot girl from an amateur XXX video that I saw when I was addicted, and it’s almost giving me the urge to relapse. Please help?

    Every time you think about it or get triggered you need to think about what you will gain from squeezing one out with your hand. Nothing.. 5 seconds of non-sense.. Heck tell yourself in the mirror if you have to.. Say it out loud. "What's the fucking point of jerking off?" Hell if you reeeeaaaally can't help it.. videotape yourself jerking off and every time you get the urge you just look at the video.. that will cure you up in a hurry.
