The biggest benefit is that I "feel" younger and lighter. Vageries of life no longer affect me that much

I m more than a year into Nofap monkmode. No P, No M, No O, No edging

Benefits I have recieved so far

1. Extremely smooth and (almost) glowing skin
2. Shed more than 12 kgs weight
3. Constant high levels of Energy throughout the day
4. I sleep no more than 5.5 - 6 hours
5. I don't need more than 1200 calories to get through the day
6. Relationships have improved with almost everyone. People respect me more. Sometimes it gives me a feeling that I m the boss!!!
7. Eyesight improved considerably. Now I do not need my spectacles often
8. I have less grey hair than last year. There is definitely a visible reduction in the number of Grey hair strands.
9. Sometimes get free stuff at shops. I have got free coffee, pizza and discounts without even asking. Once a traffic cop let me go without a fine. I did not plead liniency at all. It could have been a heavy fine otherwise
10. Sometimes girls stare at me. This happens on the street or shops like bakery, Cafe, restaurants. It can make you feel uncomfortable
