So far, so good! After first 90 days without M, I am allowing myself it from time to time now. As for P - I rarely think about it, BUT I can sense slight urges every ones in a while, so I am trying to stay alerted. Especially after reading a couple of stupid articles in Men's Health, stating that negative effects of P are at the moment not studied well enough. I'm sure authors did not mean any harm, but they should probably take into account people who have addiction to P before publishing these articles. It is about Health after all!
At the moment I am still cautiously positive, but I feel this battle is far from being over!
Good luck to all you Fapstronauts! You can do it!

Yep!! I was once P free for a very long time, and after a while, me being my stupidly oblivious self, would hear things like, "P isn't so bad and frequent M is healthy," and that has a tendency to lead to rationalizing relapse.

The articles online in support of P and overdoing all sorts of dopamine related things are hilariously sad. I recently looked up how to do a dopamine fast (I'd been spending wayyyy too much time on youtube). And the first articles that popped up were all saying, "Dopamine fasts are BS, you should feel normal consuming lots of media. The science says its more complicated. Blah. Blah. Blah." Goodness forbid that anyone actually take charge of their life and quit some bad habits. I'm convinced that these people want others to be the same way they are.

Congratulations on 365 days!! That's such a great milestone. To me, 30 days is a huge milestone for me that I am working towards, having never gone further than 2 weeks without pmo in 10 years. It's always inspiring to hear people complete 90 days and 365 days :) Keep it up!

    Congratulations
They have to say that p isn't dangerous so that they stay politically correct.
Because that is how they keep us dumb and ignorant, by labelling whoever doesn't agree with their views ,with labels like misogynist, homophibic, pseudo-scientist, etc...
The masses have to be drugged, overstimulated, oversexualized, and brainwashed.
    P is toxic. Full stop.
It is detrimental to self-esteem, intimacy and even mental health.
No BS will convince me otherwise.

You are right. The battle is far from over. The battle never ends. Open up to a loved one or a professional to increase your chances of never failing again.
