    That's right.

I've been free of this addiction for almost 3 full years, and the last month I relapsed and fully binged PMO.

I'm now about 5 days into my new streak,

And I'll document my journey just to show you it's possible!

Feel free to ASK ME ANYTHING ABOUT REBOOTING.

In the next 5-10 minutes, you'll also get my no-bs advice and benefits.

So buckle the f up because I won't tell you my 3k words story or bore you to death with details nobody probably cares.

PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS POST SO AS MANY PEOPLE CAN SEE IT AND CAN BENEFIT FROM ALL THE ADVICE.

    I'm 22 btw.

Just know I've binged PMO for 3 weeks straight because of the chaser effect and because I let my guard down, but I am now on my path to making this current streak the best one of my life, no doubt. (Plus I have the advantage that after 3 years of doing this I know my triggers and how to avoid them, It's just that I let my guard down)

    Straight ADVICE & MY BENEFITS.

    I'll start with benefits.

    1. Girls (since this is so controversial)

Yes, females smell the testosterone in you.

Yes, you will get more attention.

Yes, you'll probably get more girls.

I was a virgin when I had my first BEST streak and at the 90-100 day mark I lost it to a girl I had fell in love with, so take what it's worth.

NO, you don't automatically become a girl magnet.

The more you up your Physique, Money Game, Status and Confidence (this one comes from the combination of achievements and the 3 things before),

THE MORE BEAUTIFUL GIRLS WILL ACTUALLY NOTICE YOU/COME UP TO YOU/TALK TO YOU/DATE YOU.

You still have to put in a lot of work to get the women you want brother.

Thankfully, nofap helps with doing a ton of work as well, and I'll explain how in just a few minutes.

    2. Motivation

Man I have to say, the motivation and mindset you get after being on nofap for a while is insane.

I've noticed these 3 weeks, and unfortunately I'm still dealing with this,

That when you PMO so much and fuck up your brain YOU LITERALLY ARE OKAY WITH BEING MEDIOCRE AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ALL DAY

I haven't played a single video-game since September last year and today I was okay with just watching a full playthrough of a Hitman game...

    WTF...

But honestly, the way your mindset will change once you're on no PMO for a while (upwards of 3-6 months I'd say) is phenomenal.

You will do things you never thought you'd be doing.

You will work towards your goals in ways you never thought possible.

Your work ethic will be so stoic, you'll be able to achieve anything you put your mind up to.

Check the tips on this in the Advice section, I have a few that can help you with mindset.

    3. Confidence

    It's real.

You get more confidence when on nofap.

I noticed it's even hard for me to look people in the eye when I have a conversation now after my relapse,

Whereas before I could have piercing eye contact.

    Especially with females,

When I would look at a girl and she'd look back, I was able to hold eye contact and flirt through just pure eye contact and smiles,

Whereas with this relapse, I find myself just glancing hoping not to make eye contact and when I do I have this anxiety in me for some reason.

Keep in mind in these 3 weeks I BINGED HARD,

So even if it looks like I lost all my progress, trust me, I haven't.

In 2 weeks I'll be back to normal.

    4. Social Presence & Social Skills

Massive improvements in these as well, it feels as if I am free to say whatever, whenever during a conversation and actually enjoy it,

Without feeling like I might be judged on what I say or whatever.

    5. Enjoying the small things in life

I'll never forget when, around my 100th day I was out with some friends and it was summer, sun was just about to set.

The way the sky and the sunset looked almost made me cry, I am not even kidding.

    And I don't cry.

I had butterflies in my stomach from how beautiful it was and from how proud I was to be witnessing it being 90PMO free (that was my big goal back then)

    ONTO THE ADVICE LADS!

    1. ALWAYS beware of the Chaser Effect

I've relapsed because of this jerk.

I had times when I would "relapse" by just watching porn for a day.

    (which barely affected me).

Then I went on to watch porn and edge.

(which somewhat affected me for a few days but that was kinda it)

And then one day about 4 weeks ago I edged a bit too much and actually O.

This is where shit hits the drain.

    I was like "hooooooooooolyyyyyyyyyy shiiiiiiit..........."

"well, now that I did that, might as well just do it a few more times and have a bit of fun".

    Fast forward 3 weeks later,

I was struggling to control my mind and all I did was just relapse, relapse, relapse, and relapse. (because I thought I had everything under control, and didn't keep my guard up at all times).

So beware of chaser effect at all times.

If you don't know what chaser effect is, check out this article and you'll know.

    2. Create a stoic mindset.

So hear me out on this.

Go on youtube, instagram, tiktok, whatever you use.

And search for andrew tate's motivational videos, reels, or tiktoks.

You listen to that shit enough, you'll begin to create an IRON MIND, and be so much more in control with your mind than if you didn't.

I know he's a controversial figure, but I honestly DGAF.

He's helped my mental health so much and I bet he will help yours too.

    ALSO.

Watch Justin Waller, Fresh & Fit Podcast, and Tristan Tate as well on youtube.

They will up your game on mindset, money and women a ton.

    3. If you're using tiktok, delete it.

Tiktok is almost full of soft-porn.

Half-naked women twerking and doing weird dances that will get your CHASER EFFECT going.

Trust me when I say this.

If you really want to watch something short form (it literally fucks your attention span, and you won't be able to focus for 10 seconds on something), then use youtube reels or instagram.

Less soft-porn on there, to none (on youtube).

    4. Workout (goes without saying, I thought I'd still mention it though)

In my experience, working out, along with going out to socialize with people,

Are the equivalent to 3-4 days of your streak.

SO 1 DAY WHERE YOU WORKOUT AND GO OUT AND SOCIALIZE,

IS WORTH 3, 4, EVEN 5 DAYS OF YOUR STREAK

(in terms of mental and mindset benefits)

    You heard that right brothers.

Get yourself a gym membership, and go workout.

    Preferably daily.

And I want no fucking excuses.

If you "don't have the time", which is wrong, we all have time for our priorities,

    You workout at home.

Google workouts at home and watch a ton of videos on working out and you'll learn everything that you need to workout safely,

Build a great physique the ladies will love,

    And also stay injury-free.

    No fucking excuses.

THIS IS THE FIRST THING YOU CAN DO TOMORROW.

AND IT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ONES.

I've noticed that in the days I don't workout I am so much more vulnerable to urges,

Especially if I don't workout for long periods of times.

    5. Wet dreams - The Brain's Trojan Horse

I'm sure by now you're familiar with how wet dreams are normal in one's reboot journey.

    And that's totally true.

    HOWEVER.

    BE CAREFUL.

Because I've noticed that whenever I had a wet dream,

The same day I was 10-20X more susceptible to urges,

And in the long run, if you give thought to those urges, (because of the chaser effect) you'll relapse.

So keep an eye out for the days when you have wet dreams.

Try to workout, and go out and socialize, do everything you can to minimize your potential triggers, and for the love of God DON'T FANTASIZE OR LOOK AT STUFF.

You might not relapse then and there,

But you will soon enough because of the chaser.

    6. Make a list of your triggers.

This is part of the success I had with my 3 year streak.

I knew exactly how each trigger would affect my thought process and I knew that after I saw that trigger I should be careful and not let my thoughts run wild.

Make a list of stuff you find triggers your neurological pathways.

    Example:

If whenever you're home alone, you usually relapse, that's a trigger.

Next time you're home alone, realize that this is a trigger and the mind will try to get you to relapse.

So you can either be alert and fight it, or do something to not be alone.

    Same with soft porn tiktoks.

I know when I saw some hot chick walking around in bikins I wanted to watch the video for 10 times.

    And sometimes I did.

And those times, a few weeks later, I found myself watching porn.

    Why?

    Chaser effect.

So now whenever I have the urge to rewatch the videos or something like that, I acknowledge that and move on.

    Easy pass.

    7. Never let your guard down.

Never think "I was able to get 2 weeks, it's fine if just watch one picture"

Never think "It's fine if I just watch this soft-porn tiktok over and over again, stimulating my addiction pathways with a half naked woman bouncing her ass" (you see how weird this shit sounds?)

It's a technique your brain uses to get you to relapse.

And the brain is very smart about this.

I have a few resources you can use to fight these that i',ll post below.

    8. Learn about how addiction works.

    Another part of my success.

Learning how the brain tries to trick you into relapsing and how addiction really works.

Google it, youtube it, and read EVERYTHING that's on YourBrainOnPorn website.

    AND I MEAN EVERYTHING.

It will give you the knowledge and tools to actually fight it.

    EXTRA STUFF

Listen to Eminem's Deja Vu and My Darling.

2 songs that perfectly describe what addiction feels like.

    Also, listen to NF.

He has amazing emotional music that I'm sure a ton of you can relate to and help you in your journey.

    Hope I helped.

Today I've relapsed, this was my first reboot and it lasted only 10 days but relative to when I started it's still better.
Thanks for tips I'm gonna make the second run better

Don't worry about it G, in the beginning you struggle to get 1 day...

Then somehow you manage to get 2 days and relapse.

Then you somehow manage 3-4 days and relapse, maybe binge too.

You put on your big boy boots and go for another run, and hit the 1 week mark.

    And so on, so forth.

Took me probably like 2-3 years of constant trial and error to get to a full 90 days.

And I've relapsed countless times around the 30-45 days mark, so don't worry about it, just keep putting in the work.

    Hey man,

So think of it like this.

When you get to 1 year of streak,

Will it really matter if you had 365 days or 359 days?

Like, those few days won't make any difference.

They only do in the beginning, and I suggest you only remember the day your streak started and that's it.

Don't wake up and be like "Alright, this is day 2 boys, let's see if I can make it past this day".

    Bullshit.

You have to create the mindset of "X date on the calendar was the last day I ever watch porn and masturbate" or whatever your goals are,

And not of "This is day 2 of recovering from being a porn addict, I hope I can make it past this day".

    Scarcity mindset.

And plus, you're telling yourself you're still a porn addict.

That shit eats you from the inside.

So instead, just go on about your days and make the days count, don't count the days. (only after a certain period of time passes and you're like "Hmm I wonder how many days long my streak is)

    Hope this helps brother.
