4 days without PMO! Good start

Hi!

I have been following these forums so long but never really wrote anything before this. Well, good news are that I have managed to get good start for my recovery. There haven't really been urges… well, one just 20 minutes ago in the shower. But not otherwise. I have tried consciously keep fantasies off my mind, which have worked well.

This isn't my first time trying nofap. I have known nofap like 2.5 years now and I have many times tried. My best streak have been 21 days but it has been long since I last time managed to get so high streak. I haven't been doing nofap all this time but it has been some sort "seasonal" thing for me. 2-4 tries and then break from nofap --> Still pmo problem --> Return to nofap and same again.

So why I have returned again to nofap?
Few years back I was fapping 1-4 times a day. But when I found out about nofap and after many tries to recover from porn addiction, I fapped less than before. 1-3 times a week. But lately I found out and got into watching and following cam models and their live shows. This caused my bad habit of masturbation get out of my control. So, this realization brought me back here.

So... now I have told some of my background and reason of joining to nofap community. I have big hopes that this time will be the time when I finally made it through. One thing what is different this time is that I will speak and write about my problem and get some support from you! Together we will begin our real life!
