I know 40 days 40 nights is a corny name to title a challenge that could be one of the hardest to achieve for a man who has the highest sexual drive but sexually inactive his entire life. For those who are still a virgin, the sexual desire, drive and curiosity is endless. But I picked it cause I have failed many 30 days ones 60 day ones or 90 days. Some of them I fail in a week and some in days. Matter of fact, I have the urge to release one right now while I am typing this as I haven't release one for the last 10 days. I am doing this cause, I know that not enslaving yourself to these desires makes you more in control of your emotions and thoughts. I feel clean and in respectful towards oneself and the women when I refrained these activities. I feel aligned and in harmony in my choices and my belief. Therefore, this time I want to 'go strong' and I am happy to find this community of positive people who wants to take the step into the right road for the right things in life. Being part of this community gives me a renewed sense of hope and confidence that I believe I can achieve this. Here is what I want to achieve for the next 40 days and 40 nights: - Internet porn. I don't know I am addicted - but I watch it ones a week, and if I don't watch it ones a week, my body and my mind goes nuts. It is most accessible things in my life right now with a phone with data and millions of porn sites. - Masturbation off-course I don't masturbate often - may be once a week on average - Not sexually objectifying women - This, I do a lot. In summer, I can't control myself, and I blame the people who developed spandex or yoga pants. - Limit Entertainment TV/Internet/FB/YOUTUBE/movies - Procrastination - Achieving the above list, I believe, my life will be more organized, I will have better determination and things will fall in its place and I can finally avoid procrastinating. - Stay healthy - exercise, eat right. I wish good luck to everyone on this forum who are working hard to change things in life for better. Don't despair when you fail, cause rising from the failure is the most important habit you need to develop.
