40 Days of Nofap, a wife's perspective (cross post)

reading about direct results like this are great motivators for me - really glad I'm starting the journey here!

 

How often are you having sex? with these:

2. Increased penile sensitivity.
3. MUCH stronger/larger erections (his penis also seems bigger when flaccid).
4. Return of morning wood

I wonder how much is from no PMO and how much of it is from just not ejaculating as often? My wife and I have sex almost every night. However... I have a problem with PMO. I have sensitivity problems, my erections aren't super strong unless I take Cialis, and even then... sometimes not as strong as I'd like. I get morning wood... so that's not an issue. I'd love to seem bigger when flaccid.

My point is... When I break this PMO addiction, will I see these particular items since I still manage to O on average of once a day or so with my wife. Maybe I'll O even more with her, when I'm no PMO!

 

if you want to seem bigger i know two things that helped me. Lose weight and did a little manscape to the pubes. No kidding looks 3 inches bigger. I am new to this site and if the abstinence makes me look bigger that will be great too.

Am on day 212. My girlfriend Left me due to my high levels of Shyness and wiredness. The only way I can revenge this is by Completely abstaining from pmo.
