Hello I’m just giving an update to the nofap community so others can see what it takes to heal. I was using using PMO for 16-20 years.

As of recently my brain fog has been slowly disappearing, the many other symptoms I got from many years of pmo use and the withdrawals have mostly went away or become barely recognizable. I still have bad days but my bad days are not that bad at all, just hinders my focus and motivation a little. The first year was the worst a lot of very bad days.

The brain fog is the last thing to start healing, I’ve dealt with heavy brain fog for many years and I can finally start thinking like a normal person but I still have some fog but nothing crazy like I used to. I’m thinking I will see a big improvement in my brain fog in the next 100 days to levels of clarity I’ve never seen before.

Put it this way, if you abused PMO for many years your going to need 1 year minimum, I recommend hardmode with no sexual stimulation of any kind just because it’s working for me and it’s probably a good idea to give your body a break from all the sexual abuse you put your body through.

I’m continuing my hardmode for at least another 6 months, considering we have the corona virus it makes it that much easier to avoid other people.

Also just to add I live a very healthy life style 365 days a year with my diet, fitness, sleep, hobbies, reading, meditation and others. I also avoid alcohol, never used drugs, watch tv about an hour a week if I do at all and don’t waste time on the internet unless it’s productive. I’ve stopped playing videogames for now also.

If you are further along than me and your not where I am you might want to look at your life and see how you can approve. You need to be 100% committed to do whatever it takes. For example I love videogames but I quit just because it may have negative effects on my healing. Only good habits get rid of everything else and you will heal.
