42 yo starting 90 day challenge

    Hi,

    I'm beginning a 90 day challenge after years of PMO; today is day 5 for PMO and day 4 for MO. I started a journal to keep track of my progress. I've given up a lot things and overcome a lot of addictions in my life, but porn is the most difficult by far.
