    Just to share some good stuff with you all.

    44 days is my second longest streak and my best run of 62 is in my sights!

    There has been a few rough days recently but I did not act out or PMO despite how I have been feeling. I feel proud about that.

    If anyone is reading this and struggling believe me it can be done. I was doing this every day at one point and now I genuinely do not want to. It's not a fight and I have to be careful but it can be done and the good bits outweigh the bad.
