I've been somehow successful with girls, I've been asked this question quite often lately here in nofap so I'm my experience I'm going to write how to deal with girls

Being the best version of yourself
this will make you attractive to girls, without that first attraction is almost impossible to do anything else but it's just attraction, it's not enough it doesn't give you the tools to handle and choosing a girl. For this you need what I'm going to describe next.

Choosing the right girl:
first you feel attracted to her physically but after that forget about her looks and asks yourself: would I be with this person if she didn't look like this? Would I like her if we didn't have sex?

Will she make me happy? Will she improve my life? Will I improve hers?
Are we compatible? Do we have similar personalities? Do we understand each other when we talk? Does her energy makes me happy? Does she drains me?

Take lust and emotions out of your mind when with a girl. This will help you in choosing the right girl which is hard to do and also will help you to deal with a relationship.

No pleasure and no love, emotional control
Not blinded by lust or feelings. This means mastering sex and your sexual passion and not falling in love, regular love is some type of euphoria and makes you unbalanced, women change too much just like emotions, she has to fall in love of you and you need to make her fall in love of you. Women are emotional people but don't you do it.
Besides love, you need to think without negative emotions like anger, fear, lust.. You need a clear head to see things as they are.

I'm talking about mundane love you must give up and strive for a more elevated type of love more spiritual, calm, serene not based on passion and is healthy and rational. Regular love as a dopamine rush mixed with drunk emotional happiness is the love I think a man should avoid.

For really mastering sex, I firmly believe you need to give up pleasure during sex, do non ejaculatory sex and do sex more like a meditation.

Positive emotions
Women are emotional people, they crave emotion that is why they love soap operas and we as men we love porn we love sex.
Try to always create positive emotions in her this is an important point. You do this with the tools you have, some do it having interesting conversations, others are funny, others are romantic, you find your way and style to do this.
Also never share your problems with a girl, you are a source of relaxation and fun to her heavy life and mind, don't be a burden to her.

Having a mentor
It's always good to have a second opinion from a more experienced man about the choices you make about a girl, because we are dealing with girls pleasure and emotions can cloud our thinking so an experienced men can give you his objective opinion, family members can help too.

Dump her
If she is making you miserable, drains you and is not working out, dump her. Girls are how you meet them, women don't change, you can't save her, you can't change her. Never sacrifice yourself for a girl is not worth it, be careful of the nice guy syndrome. Be strong. You can always get someone better, don't have fear to let go. Also saving a damaged girl is beyond your power don't be prideful.

Conclusion
-Would I be with this girl without her looks?
-Don't fall in love
-Give up pleasure during sex
- Take into account the opinion of experienced men when choosing and dealing with a girl
- if she is proven to be a burden and not making you happy, dump her, never sacrifice yourself for a girl

Gonna Turn 18 soon I'm virgin and never had a gf. Also not going to date for next 6 to 7 years. I want to make female Friends tho because I never had any Let's see how it goes in future but I'm gonna keep this stuff in My mind tho hahahahahah, Peace!
 
So there is my gf who loves me deeply but I don't like her anymore, she cares for me a lot but I don't enjoy staying with her anymore...
We absolutely share 0 interests, our conversations are empty we basically have 2 different mindsets although she always says yes because she loves me...
Should I leave her or not? Since we are both 25 we may still have an opportunity to find a better partner.

But @FitNessMan it's not very important if you think differently, someone very similar to you can have the same defects, also if you are different you can see different perspectives of a problem and opposites attract each other.

If a girl loves you and does everything you do even if you are different it means she is a good girl and put her love for you first, she is tolerant and that is the most important thing. And she doesn't give you any trouble, that is a dream girl right there.

Similar Interest and all that is not that important, women are very different than us men.

As I told you before, don't leave a good girl to chase the womanizer dream. If you want someone to share your same interest that is what guy friends are for.

1)We've been together for 5 years.

2)Sex is "ok" but it's kinda boring with her.

3)I would like to have sex with other girls and that I want to date, I've rejected a decent amount of girls just because I don't want to be a cheater (it's just a matter of principle for me) I prefer to leave her first in case.

1)I would like a girl of the same race as mine(white) my current gf is south american, I'm white... (she is attracted to white people tho) Im not racist but I'm worried because usually a family between 2 different cultures and races dont last for long + I'm really doubtful about kids and a family with her in general. (+ her family is tremendously different from mine, between them divorce has been a routine poligamy and shit like that)

2) shared interests, stuff we do in common so we can have conversations about what we truly like...
(With her i just see that she always tell me yes to whatever I ask just because she doesnt want to upset me, but I doubt this is gonna last once we get married)

3) I chose her randomly in the beginning she was one of many on tinder.... but I began to develope an attraction to her after I saved her from a guy who wanted to rape her, she also got deeply attached to me after that... (short story)

In short : I dont want to marry her I dont want to have a family with her although she is a good girl in certain aspects. I'm also terrified if she accidentally gets pregnant by the way she thinks I doubt she might avoid abortion and keep the kid against my will
 
I think I'll refuse to have sex with her from now on I'm terrified if she gets pregnant I'm kinda sure she will not abort the kid....

P.s : I dont want to be a womanizer but since I'm still young and I can pull dates with a decent amount of girls I'll go with it once I find a new one, I know after the 30s getting a decent wife material girl is hard so I better start from now I guess

and she is giving you that, sure probably it'll change if you get married but right now is great.

I still think the best choice is to keep her even if you have nothing in common, that is not so important I never had that with a girl I dated it will be nice but I can live without it, if she has all the qualities you mention it's more than enough.

There's an universe in sexual terms inside of a single girl, no need to be with many, one is more than enough.

Also give her some contraceptive drug to avoid getting her pregnant.

You are making choices based on fear and lust. Remember what I just wrote on the thread, to be successful with girls you need to think with a clear head no lust or feelings.

I'm 33 y.o and can date girls of any age with ease don't worry about that.

I was worry about that for a bit, but I see now that it was just in my head don't you worry you can get any girl at any age if you are a good high quality man. I think you already have her, but if she is not then you can get another one no matter your age.
