Hello all. I am starting a new post that I will update regularly to keep me on track this summer. Here are my goals: 1. No PMO for at least 90 days. I have never gone that long so I want to see the benefits of semen retention for that length of time. 2. No sensual massages with an E....this is actually more of a problem for me than P. 3. No alcohol....which is a huge trigger for me. When I relapse I am almost always under the influence. 4. Workout 4 days per week. 5. Deal with my withdrawals effectively.....if I am craving alcohol or O, I will either meditate, workout or go to a movie. I have come a long ways this last year thanks to this site, but I need to push it up to the next level.
