Trying to walk out of this challenge and have been P and O free since April 12, 2017, last M reboot August 10, 2017. Looking to tie in to the power of connection to continue this journey. Attend SLAA meetings but also getting great guidance from podcasts, such as Matt Dobbschuetz Pornfree Radio and Craig Perra Sex Afflictions and Porn Addictions.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
 
I have a lot of strategies in place such as journalling, praying, reading, listening to podcasts and following / exploring their advice, meditation and attending SLAA to name a few. Hoping to use this community to build on all of that.
