    5 AM CLUB
    Obs: You don't have to wake up early to be successful, but you should spend your mornings as productive as possible. Waking up early is a tool that might help some people.
    I you want to join, rules are simple:
    1. Wake up at 5 AM.
    2. Repeat the rule above every day.
    Benefits of waking up at 5 AM:
    1. Productivity enhancement
    2. Better mental heath by eliminating stress in the morning
    3. Improves the quality of sleep because of a consistent waking up routine
    4. You become more confident
    5. You have time to connect with yourself
    Tips:
    1. Go to bed earlier
    2. When you wake up, get out of your bed and drink some water
    3. Build a meaningful "Morning Routine"
    4. Don't get back to bed
    5. Make your bed
    6. Avoid junk food at night
    7. Don't eat too much food next to the sleep time
    Warning:
    1. In the first few mornings, you may have a hard time falling asleep​
    2. In the first mornings you might feel exhausted​
    3. Once you wake up you should already know what to do​
    The 5 AM CLUB is NOT for you if:
    1. You feel happy and energized with the time you currently wake up
    2. You can't consistently sleep before 10 PM
    3. You are more productive after 6 PM
    4. Your family and social schedule don't permit it

    5 am check. I'm tired. But it's a part of the process. I won't feel fully rested until I'm adapted to this new routine.

    Today I woke up and toke a shower used my cellphone for more than 30 minutes. This shower needs to be quicker and I need to stop using the cellphone when I wake up, since it is not a good way of starting the day and it makes me have headaches during the day.

    Tomorrow I'll begin doing a morning routine. I'll wake up at 5 am, drink my bottle of water, do some arm circles, squats and jumping jacks, I'll take a quick shower, prepare my coffee while reading the book I'm currently reading and I'll open this forum to check in.

    I am in 5am club.... Count me...
    Today i woke up at 5 but stayed in bed till 7 so that doesnt count...
    But i will try hard tomarrow

    I’d have joined, but I have a fixed schedule of sleep: 11 to 6.

    I woke up at 3 am today, not because I wanted, but because I felt sick yesterday and couldn't sleep at night, so I just slept for 40 minutes... However, I toke the shower, read a book, but that's all... Not good. I need to get better to sleep properly.

  14. today i woke up at 5am instead of 4am.
    4am feels too early and people around me are not ready to change their schedule so i am changing mine to 5am wakeup routine.

    I failed woke up at 6 got out of bed at 7.45am

    Hi guys! This week i'm on holidays and i'm not part part of the club :/
    I confess: before quarantite every day i woke up at 5am, but then everything messed up (included nofap)
    During quarantine i unmotivated and weak, menthally and physically

    Know after holidays i'm ready to reboot, stronger that before!

    I'm already a member without knowing that this club existed! We go to bed soon after 21:30 and I wake up automatically at about 04:50 and get up at 05:00 :)

    nice, i'm used to wake between 3-4 am as my body say itself... but another rules u declaring are interesting... if i wake before 5 am is no problem , i'm in :)
