    Success! Finally, this thread was starting to get a bit depressing to read :)

    I woke at 5 but lay in, I'm afraid. Baby is being a bit difficult getting to bed. I basically need to be in bed by 10 latest to have any chance.

    YES, I made it. 5 am check. However, I faced insomnia because yesterday I woke up at 8 am, so I wasn't tired at 9 pm... Today, I feel tired, but because of this, I think I'll be able to sleep properly.

    Ya kinda...had shower went again in bed then I was fighting my sleepy sleep to get out till 8.00 pm..

    still fail to sleep <10,, i binge to youtube and when i realize its already 11
    but i success wake up at 5

    now im so sleepy but hey, that what we called process

    Woke up around 5:20 am to a wet dream. Scrolled through my phone for a while then fell asleep again around 5:40 am and then finally woke up around 7:10 am in the morning.

  7. see i told you --- sexting and looking anything on phone or screen which make you fully erect is a sure shot strategy to wet dream, i call them relapse in dream. as my experience goes from 2017 of doing nofap, wet dream always follow what is in our mind in day time. 100% monk mode keeps wet dream away 99% of the times.

  8. woke up at 5:30, i don't know i was unusually tired this morning, plus i am on fast today, i never drink tea in morning but today i took a cup.

    Walk up at 5:07 am today even though I went to bed around 11pm. I used to need full 8hr of sleep to function well. But I didn’t struggle to wake up or to stay awake after 7hrs of sleep. I guess sleep quality increases up on managing a good diet and exercise schedule.

    idk but sleep at 11 and wake up at 5 seem bad for me

    my head is dizzy and low energy

    i need more time to sleep so i try to sleep at 10 this time

    I slept at 12.15 am last night

    I sleep in 11:30 pm

    Woke up at 4.40 - a little early, but if i dozed in i would have dozed til 6 at least.
    Bible reading,yoga,hearty breakfast of porridge and coffee and some laundry sorted before the rest of my family stirred. Its a day off from studying today, but it still feels good to get up and get started on the day!
