I woke up at 5 AM this morning. It took a while to get to this point but I did it. It felt great. I was able to get a lot of things done.
Yesterday woke up at 4(= very productive at work)

I woke up at 5:30 Am. This past few days have been tough, but now I'm back on track. I shall rise again.

So I have been getting up at 6am, I know its not 5 but I like the premise of the group so if no one objects I'm going to jump onboard with my slightly later rising and start adding to the group. I tried 5am but I just find that it does not suit my lifestyle. Who knows maybe in time 6am may progress to there

i could say almost a week now im regulary sleeping at 11 and wake up at 5
and its good you know, like u can do a alot more activity in the morning
I woke up at 7 today. My last week was a little rough in terms of time management. But I will be back. Time management is basically self management. I think that’s why it’s hard.
