    How are you going so far? Anything that you have found helpful? I am 3 days in which is my longest streak for a while and will be trying to make it to five with you.

    I have actually found that just coming and contributing to other peoples threads has reminded me I am not alone.

    Count me in. Contributing to the forum has helped me stay clean this past day. Watching nofap videos on youtube also gives a shot of motivation.
