    I admire all the users making their 90-days-commitments. Fortunately I am not porn addicted, I just want to get rid of M addiction. Isn't too easy and I want to do my journey step by step.

    Although I choosed the "soft" mode No-PM this time I want to make my commitment for 5 DAYS OF NO-PMO, beginning right now. Feels good to me and whenever some goal is reached I make the decision to prolong it. Just step by step.

    Why not?. I am 4-days with no pmo so to reach day 10 i need another 5 days so im joining that challenge to reach my day 10

    I will join as well, I have 4 days no pmo, and ready to give this addiction up for good, we got this, I'm going for 7 days first if I make it will try 10 days.

    Count me in! in a couple of hours I'll be on 9 days of no PMO. So, i'll be doing 5 more days on this thread. Equating to 14 days altogether. BTW is there anyway I can sort of pin this thread so I can keep coming back to it?

    I just finalized this challenge. I am day 5 of no PMO. And it wasn't to hard. You will get it done! And you will feel good.
