    I was 6 months P free until relapse 3 weeks ago. Gave up M 6 days ago since I think it caused premature ejaculation. Last night my wife and I had an argument and then resolved it. After sharing my anxieties we had sex. My premature ejaculation; GONE!!! I guess it was psychological. I'm hooked on nofap!

    Giving up P seemed easy. I think because I was still M'ing. Being PM free is harder but I am motivated because M caused sexual dysfunction.
