Definitely taking it one day at a time...one second at a time more often than not, but as I approach the 30 day mark I’m thinking of what i want from all of this. I know why I came to this site. It started because i had found myself having emotional affairs through chat, searching sites for hours into the night and I woke up one day and decided that i couldn’t stand my behavior any longer. I filled every waking moment with images and videos-taking breaks from real relationships and experiences to PMO in the bathrooms of restaurants or at the mall. These urges are still there but becoming manageable. Yet as i get closer to the longest stretch of zero PMO I’ve ever had, I’m wondering what’s next? What other commitments am i ready to add to my life. 1. The screen time addiction is a major issue that i struggle with..filling my time with endless swipes (no porn...just images and information). 2. The lack of motivation to work out-I’m 150 lbs slightly doughy with a mindset to give up just before the muscles actually get a workout. Anyone have advice on how to keep myself physically motivated to exercise? I’m sure it has something to do with the mindset of “instant gratification” that comes from being a fap-addict but I’d love some insight.

    1. Quit social media. It is time consuming and clogs your brain is what I feel. Watch a few TED Talks videos to gain some insights on this. Work on your screen time addiction at the same time.
    2. Wake up in the morning, get out and jog. Don't try too hard to exercise. Just try to relax and have fun. You'll notice the difference.
    3. Don't stop with 30 mate. Keep going. You're doing a wonderful job!

Thanks for responding. I agree the screen time especially Facebook really needs to be removed. It’s constantly flooded with polarizing views and it’s a waste of time and energy. More rewarding to speak and interact with people on a human level and not just through the screen. I will get out and jog, great idea. it will challenge me to add something healthy to my day that i can accomplish. Oh and i intend to do a full 90 PMO free because it’s the most positive step i can imagine taking. Thanks my friend for the support!
