5 Months of Monk Mode: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

  1. Congratulation for 150 days! First of all if I were you i would check if im emf sensitive. Just go deep in a forest where no technology around, and spend some time barefoot on ground where no ticks. If you feel like new man in 2-3 hours then you got a problem, but at least know what it is.

    I feel like lot of us addicts maybe got some chronic stealth infection that takes over the system if we are too stressed thanks to the withdrawal.

    Believe in God, avoid emfs, take care of your circadian rhythm. Peace!

    Yes, I eat dairy not no almost no sugars except in chocolates. I don't eat cereals, but I do eat rice.

    I would suggest you to not drink milk, and not eat any kind of product with milk, even milk chocolate. Do no absolutely eat dairy, nor any other product made with milk.
    This basically means that you can't eat any sweets/cake or wathever (if it has milk or gluten inside).

    Eat only no gluten cereals, possibly whole cereals, but not too much of them.
     
  4. Sound like withdrawal symptoms to me minus the bad eating habits. Couple months ago I had all those issues such as panicked attack, racing heart and more symptoms... in the reboot. All of these return once in a while. I still have joint and legs pain but I know they're caused by the reboot. Y'all need to take the reboot serious and don't look back.
