    hey guys. i'm 27. i had been using porn for most of my life.

    i started nofap 5 months ago.

    august 11th i started. mind you i've had two relapses. and a few close calls.

    2 relapses in 5-6 months is great progress. You have an upper hand on this addiction.

    Man …. Well done , you should be very proud of yourself….

    When PMO has a hold on your life , it destroys it. To go that long with just two relapses is amazing!!!!

    You must be in a great place in your head ??? Confidence and self-esteem through the roof compared to where it was with PMO
