Finally 50 days are completed. I can't believe this that I have achieved this. It is almost a year when last time I crossed 40 days and now it's my longest streak. I will continue it. Next goal 75 days. I celebrated this day with some sweets because I am avoiding sugar now so it is a good day to remember and will motivate me achieve my next goal. This nofap is full of up and downs. Even after having a good streak sometimes your urge to watch P is uncontrollable. I do have some urges today also but as days passed your will power increases and it helps you to continue the journey.

I don't eat sugar and junk food on regular basis. Now two times in a week is max. Being regular in work out or in playing sports helped a lot.

Oh, I start it with lots of positivity each time. Then it all kinda falls apart after a week. Sometimes it's two, or three, but nothing like the 60 or 90 day streaks I used to have back in 2018-19.

    I blame COVID.

  10. It's Day 1 for me. I won't give up. If I fail, I'll get up and start over.

IF will help you recover faster. I'm speaking from experience my friend. I was once on Day 3 and feli like I was on Day 7. Can you believe that?

And don't look at your counter. It makes you too desperate for longer streaks.

I thought today 80 days will be completed but guess I have to wait one more day to have 80 day streak... I am not thinking about anything.. I don't want to be in constant pressure.. But initially you have to be careful.. I still have urges to see some sexual vids or pics., but it's nothing like before because now I don't even think about porn

I don't see physical difference but mentally I am better.
    Some benefits I experienced
    1) you save your time which you were wasting in watching p and thinking about it.
    2) Your creepy and disgusting thoughts almost stop
    3) You focus increase because you don't distract yourself from sexual thoughts
    4) You feel energetic because you save your energy by not using it in m and your laziness decreases (but you don't always feel energetic sometimes you do feel lazy)
    5) I don't have much negative thoughts now but i really don't know that it is really because of nofap or not.
Everything didn't happen on extreme level but you see some small positive differences (but it differs from person to person)

I know how to it feels.. Trying everything but failing every time.. Nothing works for you.. After some time you feel empty from inside and lonely... You just needed a initial start like 20 day streak one you have crossed 20 days.. You had completed the first level.. Plan your initial 7 days work accordingly.. Or take a help from your friend who keeps an eye on you and if you fail you have to give him you really don't want to lose.. Things like this help.. You have to use your brain what works for you.. It is not about some stupid streak it is about your whole life, your whole future

  17. Congratulations dude. This is seriously impressive. I have never managed to stay over 1 month of freedom from this addiction. I hope I will be able to effect a change this time around. :)

Don't stress out, start this journey with full positivity and happy thoughts. Take small steps, little by little. In the initial period, every day or I can say every hour count. Just get over it.
    All the best
