    It's feeling good...

    Although I'm flatlining right now...

    I just keep saying no... I'm getting used to it...

    PMO is going to be a thing of my past just like smoking is now...

    I smoked a lot!!

    Now it disgusts me...

    I see PMO the same way...

    It took me years to quit, but now I'm free...

    I've had a lot of relapses, but I feel like this time I might make it all the way...

    I'm going to keep saying no and stay strong...
