Finally 50 days after a long time.

The positive things during this period was that, I joined gym, did 3 days dry fasting, several days liquid fast, reading books. Also, not edging on the youtube. That helped a lot.

For the next 10 days, I am doing liquid fast.

After the liquid fast, I want to go to gym everyday for a month and keep on breaking my limit. Yesterday, I changed my mobile into black/white mode and focus mode (using app for 5 mins).

At this stage, I feel like I need to be effortless, do the basics and then the goal shall be reached. Not in a panic mode.
