Incest is very disturbing but has been built up for years with terms like milf (how is MOTHER relevant) and then step mom brother etc where they refer to them as simply mommy etc.

Same to me. This never turned me on, it was disturbing to hear an actress moan "daddy" or "mom".

According to this link that I posted it is aiming at people that are living in divorced and remarried families, where some day a new "brother", "sister" or "father" moves in when your divorced mother marries again.
As this is more and more common, many people find incest videos appealing. This is how they deal with the stress of their broken and rebuilt family.

This did not happen to me, so maybe this is why I was never interested in that. Maybe this does not apply to you either. It's just a guess.

No, not at all. I guess I was referring more to incest porn where the actors/actresses were emulating real blood related family members. I guess I can understand the whole stepsister/brother or stepmom/stepdad fantasies when you consider the whole divorced demographic. I'm sure people find themselves in these situations more commonly these days.
