Thanks for sharing, sure interesting, but I don't see in your stories how exactly spiritually helped you. I mean you mentioned the universe, but how such a primitive faith can help? You wrote about 20 years of no PMO, but what helped you these all 20 years?

 

Oh, I see you now. Your spiritual practices are geared towards semen retention.
Can't agree with meditation, but the right way of living if it includes high morals is totally good. Think fearlessness comes from being sure in the immortality of the soul and being outside of the world's demonic spirit, being spiritually grown. Correct sexuality is also very important in terms of being straight and old-school traditional.

 

20 years of no PMO sure can happen to anyone following Christ too, but sex outside of marriage can't happen by following Christ.
It's good that you also see past short-term pleasures that leave emptier afterward in long term.

 

Im just curious, what is wrong with meditation in your religious belief?

 

Well, I believe it's the way to invite demons inside the body. And it is not good in Bible and Christianity. For example, if you look a whim hoff the ice man then you can see he is big on meditation and gives him superhuman powers like spending an hour in an ice surrounded space and not losing body temperature, fighting sickness from inside. That is power from demons and it comes at a cost in the end. Now Divine power like Jesus Christ Holy Spirit can do so much more than that cause God is immeasurably bigger than satan and his evil spirits. If you read Bible then you can see people being resurrected back to life after death and that is something only the highest and strongest of Spirit can do - the Holy Spirit. Also, you can see it in action on all the healing after praying, and in the movie Breaktrough (2019)
Anyway, the main job of all the daemons is to get humans to die and to hell. But Holy Spirit helps to live a prosperous spiritual life and get to Heaven, eternal life. God only is good. He gives everything for free cause His Son paid the price.

So I believe that meditation is a satan lie(with high hidden cost) - a demo version of peace. But immeasurable peace and joy we can get from God when we Christians are filled with the Holy Spirit. The world does not know such peace and joy that is higher than any understanding.

As Jesus said - "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

What life lessons you got from having sex 3 times? Did it helped you spiritually or set back compared to those monks who stayed away?

What Wim Hoff does is not meditation, also there is a scientific explanation of what's happening in his body, they have done studies on him and he has explained it in interviews.

His ability to be in really cold temperatures isn't meditation, he might meditate but that's a separate thing.

Meditation comes with its own unique benefits like reduced anxiety, depression, more pain tolerance, more difficult to get sick and being more happy.

Demons want the opposite of those things for you, I might agree if you're talking about new age style meditation where you do astral projection, channeling, explore kundalini and stuff, that's 100% satanic and I recommend everyone stay away from that.

However regular meditation is mindfulness meditation where you simply focus on your breath, whenever your thoughts wander you just bring it back to your breath.

It teaches you to be non-reactive and in control of your impulses which imo is the essence of masculinity.

Satan can only deceive you by playing on your emotions, getting you reactive and fearful, tempting you with things you desire etc, if you're in control of you emotions, then you will logically be able to see through those deceptions, mindfulness meditation which is the same kind of meditation Buddha did helps you with that, it increases your wisdom which is much needed in any time but especially in today's world.

 

You menioned satan a lot and buddha but didn't mention God and Jesus.
Believe me when I say that Bible holds more wisdom and personal growth guides than any other book or other faith besides Christianity.
To be honest then I tried mindfulness meditation for few weeks few years ago but didn't notice positive changes.

 

Well I was just addressing your comment, I believe in God although I'm not a christian and I respect Jesus.

The bible does hold alot of truth imo but you need to be mature enough to understand the bible, there are many people who did bible studies their whole life and ended up rejecting their faith.

Ask God to point you in the right direction, because you will be confused and led astray if all you do is read the bible and not work on yourself.

I've been trying to do 10 minutes meditation everyday for this year, it's difficult to make it a habit but I've personally noticed I'm more calm and make better decisions when I meditate vs when I go a few days without meditating, I end up more reactive and less rational in my day to day decisions.

I have been doing semen retention (SR) for the past 6 years and I want to chime. To M and not O requires discipline. To meditate requires discipline.

Is doing sex while meditation or meditation while doing sex?

Hiding something potent\dangerous inside something which you can use as a tool to liberate yourself is a great design.

The paradox of be coming a good lover, is to not have urge.

Everything have momentum, to change something that have been going for a while will take a long while to change. It took me 6 years to where I really can say I can have sex or M and just drop before O. I did get much satisfaction ever since I started on the SR road. I think many can achieve this goal. I think many who stumble on this site already has the foot into the liberation.
