i have been a PMO addict for almost last 30 years. I suffered from PIED and could not perform with my wife. Begining of this year i started no PMO and this is what happened
First few days was wierd was tempted to atleast MO but avoided
In 10 days hit a flat line but was frustrated
In 20 days started getting urges when thought of real times with wife no fantasising
In 30 days morning wood came but not regularly
In 40 to 53 days again flatline
After that some urges and today i got a hard erection by just thinking of the times with my wife did not touch my D at all really hard one. Felt really happy
Want to finish 90 and then try real sex
