Just wanted to get rid of my thoughts somehow.

Just got back from vaccation, Wonderful time.
But now i feel a bit blue, restless. My girlfriend is not home and wont be for a couple of days.
We havnt talked about nofap yet, and i havnt decided yet if i am ready for the pmo challenge or if i should take the mo. How did you live with your girlfriend during no pmo?
