    Wet dreams and preventing them:

Wet dreams are all natural and they happen sometimes or often and to some people they don’t happen at all. If you’ve a wet dream just like I do then you don’t have to worry, it’s for sure not a relapse. But there are several things you can do do avoid them, I’m not sure if they’ll work on you but they definitely work on me. Before sleeping:

    • Avoid any liquids 30-45 minutes before sleeping.
    • Pee before you go to bed.
    • Do as many push-ups as you can.
    • Do 2-5 minutes of mediation before bed.
    • Stop thinking about wet dreams.
    • Take cold showers to develop self control.
These are simple yet powerful ways to prevent wet dreams. Good luck, try to follow up with the thread and let me know what works for you.

    I would also add;

. Dont eat anything sugary or filled with artificial ingredients before going to bed, such as chocolate, these tends to induce dreams (at least they do for me) and that makes it more likely that the dream will turn into a sex dream/wet dream.

. If you wake up early on a morning, get out of bed right away before you fall back to sleep. I cant remember where I read this but most wet dreams happen in the morning and you are far more likely to fall back into a sex dream during these times.

. Dont go to bed when anxious or stressed, these feelings tend to make your body induce wet dreams to act as stress relief.

Honestly though the best advice I can give is to not worry about having them, they are a pain especially if you have them often but sometimes they are unavoidable no matter what you do and you shouldn't let it stress you out or make you think you failed. Remember, only a CONSCIOUS ejaculation counts as a relapse.

  3. Siaf, 500+days??!!! - that is some achievement dude. Is this without ejaculation as well? Are you having sex?

I got to 30 something days on my first try, but back to square one again at the weekend - arghh!

As for wet dreams, I have not had one in years, I don't think I've had enough build up yet!

  4. So, how to rebuild after a wet dream?

There's no way, you don't lose all of your semen. If you had a wet dream, it doesn't mean you relapse. Keep your diet good and workout so you don't feel weak for the day.

Yes, without ejaculation and I mean without intentional ejaculation. I have had wet dreams though. No, I am not having sex. I am a virgin. :D
Stay strong man, just don't count days much. Make your goal, lifetime.

I have noted that my wet dreams mostly tend to occur during the morning while sleeping in.

That being said, if I got up straight away I'm sure they would still occur, just at other times in the night.

Also do not sleep facing down always on your back or side that’s helped me too also over time they become less frequent

Unfortunately I almost CAN'T fall asleep on my back haha. But the weirdest thing was, last monday I was woken up by a strange feeling... a wet dream at 4:30AM AND I was sleeping on my back at that moment! So when it has to come, it Will come... I think you should just wait long enough for your subconscience to be rebooted and of course, avoid sexual or arousing content (images, thoughts,...) as much as possible ;)
