    Hey i ve taken pysiotherapy , my disc problem is fixed and so does my muscular tendon also but i still feel lot of pain outta nowhere , my therapist is best in town , and he checked me up again , he doest find anything , he is saying maybe im having nerve pain, i think its because of my masturbation habit of 7-8 years, im a dancer and as soon as I relapsed istart to get sprain veryfrequently,i think whatsproblem with me, i think i gotmy answer at the right before i get very long lasting injury( disc injury was like 4 months though), anyone wants to give me some advice how to heal fast and keep my nerve fit, for reminding I exercise daily ,take good diet and drink lot of water .     I recomend that you try light exercices (whatever you like) or look online for surianamaskar (sun salutation routine) . Have patience and dont strain yourself while exercising. Try relaxing meditation (guided one if you are novice ) , ur symptoms may also be caused by blockage of energy. But as a general rule, if i understood correctly that you had surgery, have patience. You will heal. Most importantly forget about masturbating dude, it is no longer an option!

    Try with a dot, in that case. You can also do it with someone in the room. You will see that even when having most of your attention on the dot, you will be aware of the surroundings( so if someone passes by - dont get distracted or drawn by their actions; of course the 1st time explain them that you do a concentration exercise). It just my oppinion, but I assume you need to be more in control of your attention.

    Try breath awareness also before falling asleep! ( simply follow with your attention the inbreath and outbreath). Good luck.

  7. FUN Fact. That's in the beginning. When you reach access concentration your attention will be like a bubble on the object of meditation and distractions will not disturb you. Following from there if you maintain that state it will deepen itself and you enter the first jhana/samadhi where there is only object, nothing else.

    Guys, I tried today, lasted 40 minutes and was putting my look several times away from the dot. I put on the wall "Mental Yantra" and during my watching I had a lot of thoughts, I could not clear my mind for second. I was all the time just observing thoughts, frustrations, free assosicaionts (from the past, some people, parts of dreams) so I basically was not in the present time, so this first time was really upseting. When I normally meditate (just being aware of breath while sitting with my closed eyes) I can calm the mind and remove thoughts. But this was really hard. I will start doing it every day. But also to add - I am not drinking caffeine for 26 days now, and my concentration is worse than when I am.

    In the original Chinese texts which you are translating, is there any mention of nocturnal emissions that occur with exact sequential regularity, for example, every Saturday?

    Absolutely none of the factors which have been cited as causing wet dreams are present in this case. PMO has been stopped for well over a year, there is no sexual fantasizing or lustful thoughts, diet is healthy, very simple and healthy lifestyle in general, very early bedtime, meditation and regular jogging and exercise, etc. And yet, every Saturday morning, or sometimes every other Saturday morning, a nocturnal emission will happen, like clockwork.

    On some Saturday mornings, there is a marked disturbance of dreams, with sexual themes, but no emission. But even just that is enough to bring about bad vibes, and a general loss of vitality the following days.

    This pattern has been repeating itself for over three years now. It began well before any kind of PMO reboot was undertaken. In fact, reboot was initially attempted because at the time it seemed like PMO could be the cause of the emissions. Any explanation you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    I had WD 5 hours ago, and last one I had on tuesday. I just once had 20 days of no WDs and that was in the very beggining. Since then, I have always after 7 days, sometimes 10. The only is to don't leave room, eat lightly, actually live like a monk. Also, it also goes with the stress and emotions towards parents. Whenever I speak to my father I am stressed, so I have reaction. I have recently read about Freud's view over father-son relationship and onania. As I understood him. I also wrote this to review my knowledge :D

    But yes, I feel also as total shit now, really weakend. So to unite sexuality with the mind, meditations...don't know really

    I am confident in my solution to you. Break the pattern of your mind!
    It appears that your subconcious mind has a settime for the wetdream. I dont know if your age is correct '41yo' , or if you had regular sex live or bad masturbation habit, or used to have - I assume those factors do matter.

    However, my solution to you is this: dont sleep that night, from friday to saturday. Try it maybe 2 weeks in a row and see what happens. Im curious what will happen the next week after you do this. Call your highschool buddys and go clubbing or have some activity. Figure something out. You need stimuly, thats for sure. You can try it at home but the sweetness of the sleep will lure you.

    I recommend you something different ,in that case, but it will require complete silence in the room. You also need a clock, that has that tick-tack sound.

    Try again focus on the dot, but this time - at the same time listen to the tik-tak. As long as you can hear the sound of the clock your mental activity will be very low to not existent. It is as simple as that. When thought take over you will no longer hear the clock. bring back your attention to the tik tak sound if ur mind takes over.

    Do this for 5 to 10 minutes, you dont need to stay to long, in the begining. But it is very important to be commited to it! For those 5 min you only listen to the sound of the clock and have your visual attention on the dot! Good luck

    I am so so so upset. Didn't do meditation, because I am fool. I had this morning wet dream. I live in a dormitory and there is no enough oxygen, I really have bad sleeps here. I am so so depressed today, because my brain and subconcious is making the pattern again.

    My subconcious is filthy again and so opposite of conciusness. My dreams are devastating me. I am totally not Zen. 2 months ago I was so calm minded and now upset, I don't have access to my suboncius, I don't understand my dreams. I think I'll to psychoanalysis. And also, is anybody here bothered with itch around his genitals? I have itch for a long time. My dear brothers, I am still not cured from this evil disease.
