Set yourself a goal. A reason why you wanna do this. When you get an urge feel it, accept it and move on. Find your triggers and figure out how to overcome them and i also suggest starting to work out. The app reboot also helped me. The most important thing i did was to decide for myself that im done with p. Should you still relaps then dont go to hard on yourself just try again and never give up.
