Day 2/60 I had pretty relaxed sunday, started out by going to church, gotta keep things right with God. No urges so far, hope all stays well. Good luck friends

The urges are back for now, I sometimes hear my brain taunting me with words like "what's the point" and "you've gotten pretty far, reward yourself!" but these things are only there to hinder our progress. I've gotten pretty far, so I won't "reward" myself with guilt and throw away my progress, but rather I'll push through further towards liberation. There's a much better reward not just at the end, but even in our current journey as we fight through it. So I won't be foolish and give in to these callings, because if I ignore them today they'll go away, and I'd have gotten better at ignoring them. And repeating this every times the urges come back will lead to victory.

0/60 I've just relapsed, I was feeling unbelievably horny, because it's been a week of nofap and that's when I get my first wave of strong urges for PMO. Anyway, I went on the internet and saw the usual crap. But this time, I saw with clarity, with extreme clarity what I was actually looking at. The people, The industry. What that made me, How that made me feel. I'm done. Cant do this crap anymore. I hate porn. No more relapses, no more edging, no more imaginative scenarios. I will now be giving this my best.

In the morning I was doing some school work, in the afternoons I was cutting hair, in the evenings played soccer, at night played some video games and listened to catholic answers. Going to bed now

Day 3/60 reading a book called victory over the darkness, a book on finding our identity as God's redeemed children and not mere sinners. This book was recommended to me by my mentor after I opened up to him about my struggle with porn. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Again some part of me feels tempted. But I've come so far and I'm not going back to that life.

 

Day 10/60 it’s so difficult. What should I do?

The thought of giving up has come up several times this past few days.So damn difficult but I’ve come pretty far(83days to be exact).Giving up now will make the quiting process a lot tougher next time around so hell w/it.I’m just taking it minute by minute at this point.
This have to be the toughest thing I’ve ever done in my life.

 

Day 3/60, started reading a book about category theory (the study of algebraic structure) which generally makes me less horny, so overall a good thing I guess?

Today in the morning worked on my school work. In the afternoons escorted a friend to the train station, in the evenings attend mass and played soccer later . Tomorrow am paying for the gym (starting to work out) .
