Been very busy over the past week but I hit 50 days today, very proud, set a new record. Still just the start of my journey. Congrats to all of you extending your own streak. For all of you that have had a relapse don’t get down, get up and start again you can do it.

Day 60
I havent thought I'd reach this day! Here it is.
I moved to anther city and started a new job....realized I suck at greeting people and speaking confidently lol!
I still feel like crap, nevertheless I am grateful I didnt resort to PMO so far in this streak.
We all have our own shit going on, improvements will certainly be there but they are different for different people.
hang in there folks, don't loose hope..avoid triggers (don't be a fucking hero!!!)

 

Day 25. When I'm restless I try to focus on positive projects. So far that's helping me manage things.
