Just had a crazy dream. My mom (of all people) had all kinds of porn DVDs mixed in with her other collection of movie DVDs, and I made a sneak attempt to go through them and choose one. My cousins were showering in the two bathrooms nearby and as I was searching one of them came out and I ran off, and played it off cool and got away with it. Later when the coast was clear I went back only to find that my mom had removed all the porn. I was so upset. So funny

Hello @Freeman82 and thank you for asking. My life has changed completely into something wonderful. It really feels like I'm alive, as opposed to how it felt before I stopped watching porn. I used porn all the time to escape life when shit hit the fan - not anymore. Instead, I am dealing with my problems and find solutions to them instead. It is way better than temporary escape... Since I stopped watching porn, I have become a much healthier person, I work out more, sleep better, have a better connection to my family and I only take cold showers also since 218 days back. The cold showers led me to take my first icebath on christmas eve and it was great.

That said, I am happier, more awake, sleeping better and thank god, my head is not burning anymore.
