Day 6/30, I have started to feel more energy, my erections are already pretty hard, it maybe because I am pretty fit and have been eating clean most of the time, but now I have made specific plans to achieve in given time, Health Goals, Study Goals etc. There are times when I am sitting at a laptop and want to lookup some instagram models, but i dont do it, i dont go out of the house when this happens, just try to abstain from it in every way possible and focus on my goals
day 59..it feels different now. I feel like I'm giving off pheromones as the days past. I feel happier in general, more focused, more content with life.
