Relapsed after having wet dreams, back to day 0/60

PMO'd again today and I'm not even feeling bad about it. Because I didn't get back to day 0, I'm just one step closer to forgetting about this addiction forever. Today I made a decision to stop counting days, participating in challenges and making goals of reaching particular numbers of PMO-free days, because I've found that these things are counterproductive for my reboot. I don't encourage anyone to do the same thing, because I'm sure that it works for some people(counting days, participating in challenges and making goals). But anyways, I wish the best of luck to all Fapstronauts, I hope you'll make 2020 your best year ever and I hope you will be able to gain full control over this addiction as soon as possible.

Check in day 58/60 feeling very anxious about a job interview I have tomorrow but what ever happens happens, I'm more worried about getting it than not getting it!
Day 7 was completed on last Friday.
And then I relapsed.
Did it for 3 times in a day(Disgusting).
Completed around 2-3 days and then was having too much sexual fantisization during commute. Hence, wants to start afresh.. Day 1.
Want to add few less dopamine producing activities to daily routine.

I forgot I was doing this challenge so i'm gonna check in day 9/60 had urges but they were not urges to watch porn.The biggest problem is anxiety and sleep deprivation although sleep is getting better.Well from today I am going to check in daily I already do it on 2020 challenge a just forgot I am also doing this one too.
