Day 4/60 was awesome.
Few times I got those dirty thoughts.
I read few articles about harmful effects of this bad habit. Then, I went away from laptop for sometime.
Thank God, I overcame the urge.

restart day 0... unfortunatley let myself get bored and frustrated so hopefully i can learn from that and move on

Day 5/60 was good. Had few mood fluctuations. Did slight exercises, felt good.
