Day 1/60

Got some urges today (actually I put myself there on purpose), but able to manage it with holding breath trick (and it works). No worry guys, this feels too easy. Something maybe wrong. Idk. Let's see how tomorrow comes.

Day 2 successful Happy to progress further. In due time 60 days PMO free. That be the first epic feat od 2018!

9/60, just another normal day in the week.

 

Day 3 - Successful - Fapping injuries almost fully healed. Looking forward to completing the next day and marching closer to 2018. Really super excited to enter the new year incredibly strong and break my 1st attempt record of 55 days without PMO in January. This journey has only begun however, I believe this 2nd attempt will be enough to complete the rewire process

Actually for the first time I don't listen to my urges on the third day. For the first time I break my 3-day-streak-only curse. (Actually right now's i'm on 3.5 day because last night my internet's off and I can't give you the update)

 

Keep trying bro until you get there. most importantly, listen to yourself. makes things alot easier. Always remind yourself why you want to quit PMO for good. key word, why.
