    Day 37. Though haven't fapped for said amount of days still spend a lot of time and energy looking porn and cam girls which of course is time that could be better spent. It's encouraging that I can watch porn without giving into temptation, it's obvious that next step is to try and not watch sex at all.

    More energy. Deeper voice. Stronger foundation. Incredible focus. I literally feel like a changed man and I will never go back to my old self. I feel fresh and new. It's a feeling of being pure / clean.

    Hi, thanks for your question. I've actually been trying over and over multiple times. But it has been improvements every time I've tried Nofap so I've got better by each step.

    The key for me has actually been to be determined. "Trying" isn't good enough. You need to make a choice. I made a decision to stop playing video games and to stop PMO. I also stopped some other things with no deeper purpouse or meaning in my life. If you are determined enough, almost no day will be tough for you. Don't get me wrong. Things are not perfect yet for me but I feel like I have VERY good self control now. If I can do this, definitely you can! - Remember. You will come to a point where you will feel better by doing Nofap and prefer Nofap over PMO.

    But, to answer your question:
    Multiple guys all over the world seems to have a similar pattern..
    The toughest days seems to come roughly about every 7th day. It could be every 6th or 8th day too. It depends on each person.

    This is my experience: 1-3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 30-35 are the more difficult ones at first. But actually it was day 7-8 and 13-14 that was the most difficult ones so far. Once I got to day 20-21 I felt urges again but my self control got stronger so I continued. After day 30-35 my urges had been gone for 10+ days. But when they pop up again I've had much more control. And the urges is not as intense. It's like I'm more focused so I can redirect my thoughts much easier. When the brain goes back to being more normal your perception changes.

    Now this is of course different for each person. But the pattern seems to be quite the same. Each time you've passed through any of these tougher days it will get easier.

    What I imagine is not that I'm going through a tough time, but istead I imagine how I'm getting stronger each day. I imagine how I build up this life force day by day.

    If you want to speed up the process of feeling more confident and get your testosterone up the roof. Start lifting weights. Or do 20-30 pushups 3 times a day. I believe in you. Good luck!

    No problem! The books I have are rare ones translated into my own language. The authors name is Stephen T. Chang.
    I hope you can find any of his books. Unfortunately I don't know the english title if these books.. "The internal excercises" or something along those lines. You can also search for Mantak Chia on youtube and a search engine. There are some good videos out there.
    Each of these two men have their own websites, so I'm sure you can find info on their books.

    I'm unsure if you're interesting in the philosophy/teachings of Tao or the exercises, or both. But..
    The excercises that I do are: The two Deer Excercises, The Kidney Excercise, The Liver Excercise, and some others..
    (From what I've read the liver gives energy to the Kidneys, then the kidneys gives energy to the sexual organs including the prostate. But these excercises are good for the entire body because everything is connected. The Deer Excercise improves sperm count and the production of semen. I also think it helps the body to absorb the semen that you produce. The kidneys are related to the eyes so it will improve eyesight.) The Kidney Excercise is very good to do in the morning to get rid of back pain. This type of pain is very common at the beginning of nofap for multiple reasons. My pain has disappeared now. All of these are very simple to do!

    I believe that the two that I mentioned first are very important for male sexual and overall health. Especially for people that have been doing PMO for a long time. It's good for prostate, testicles, kidney and over all health. I always do these two in the morning even if it takes time because it is important to me. But these excercises should not be used for any destructive sexual behaviour or desires. It can help against urges. It's a way to transmute the energy.

    Sadly I don't have any better answer than this. I hope that helped you in some way.
