Hello, really glad you keep coming back, looks like you're struggling to get a streak going again. Different things work for different people so just ignore this if it's not helpful but what works for me is; on day 0 I join the 1 day challenge, we all know that can be the hardest day of them all, I've been there many many times too. Then once I manage 1 day I join the 3 day challenge BUT start with 1 day already done so 1/3 (really I'm just following my counter and using the challenges as milestones) then the 7 day challenge but with 3 days on the clock so 3/7 and when I complete that I do the same with 14,30,45,60,90,etc. I find that the boost I get completing one challenge helps me believe I'll be able to complete the next.
