25/60 forgot yesterday. I cant believe I have actually gone 90 days in total. It has had a profound effect on my life. The fact it has highlighted how deeply submerged I was into surfing porn. And when you stop the effects are huge, not to mention the side effects I've had.

So I'm going to list some stuff for speed and ease. Ill do that later today, I need to collate my thoughts first. But yeah anyone reading this is your on the fence and don't want to commit I fully recommend just start. Do Not Worry about how many you do, or are thinking of doing, just start. Peace.
