Hi everyone

Yes I did it again. I'm so proud of myself. This 60 days were really challenging but somehow I resisted and I didn't give in. What was the key? For me was to read every morning motivational stories to remind myself how important is what I am doing and how much is at stake, cold showers, gym, almost zero social media. I did one mistake which almost caused me to relapse and it was because of the short videos on YouTube ; I was scrolling through videos and out of nowhere a very hot girl appeared and she was doing a really hot pose. I got really turned on but I didn't watch porn or masturbate. My tip don't watch those short videos I am using YouTube now just to listen to music. About the superpowers they are real. This are from my experience: much more confidence, better eye contact, attention from girls, more focused on goals, more in control of my life, more energy, better connection with people around me. Thanks to the gym and fasting I lost around 5 kg and I look more muscular now. For all the struggling fapstronaut out there I encourage you to do not give in no matter what, this process of abstaining is hard but it transform you in a real man. Next I am aiming for the next milestone the 90 days. I am really grateful to NoFap and to all of this community for existing. Stay strong!

Hey! Congratulations on your 60-day mark! Keep going strong!

About the superpowers they are real.

Personally, I am still skeptical of this. However, I am on my journey because I felt it was the right thing to do, not to gain any benefits out of it.

However, I will agree to some of these benefits: in my two week streak (which I'm upset that I blew), I had noticed becoming more self-confident, and a little more assertive (instead of being passive and letting everyone run me over), being able to look my wife in the eyes more often, and more stamina.

Don't give up and try to enlarge your streak and the benefits will show themselves.

Hey man! Congratulations!

The most important part of your testimony in this post is that you took ACTION each and every day for your recovery. You found what works to keep you sober and you actively did it everyday.

Too many people get hung up on the actual work this thing requires. I wouldn't be reading your success story if you didn't actually take action and put in the work, so kudos to you! Fantastic accomplishment and a wonderful testimony that there IS hope.

Keep going bro, one day at a time!

Wishing you the best!
