60 Days Reboot! Building new habits

Hello everyone ! Today is the 57th day of the reboot. I am grateful to the whole community, because I can write my experiences and not be alone with my lust and it gives a dawn! Summing up in almost 2 months.
1. Thanks for the fact that I can communicate here and talk about my addiction (We are given more than we deserve)
2. Every day write about your experience and share with others. (will help you to better tune your brain to reboot)
3. Cold shower (when I feel that I want to do it or I'm sad)
4. Exercise (15-30 min a day)
5. Meditation - (For someone it may be a prayer)
Thanks a lot! I wish you to be strong and not be a victim of lust and circumstances!

59 Reboot Day! Thanks to the whole community for being you! For the opportunity to draw conclusions and share!

To summarize 2 months! What has become important? Attitude to the problem! I don't care now that I have dysfunction. I don't want to get rid of her because I have to get rid of. I do not get rid of addiction because I want meaningless sexual relations with different women. Yes, something doesn't work for me, but I'm sure it will change. At the same time, how will I completely change my attitude to the problem. When a clear understanding appears in my head that this is bad! That P. does not give anything positive in life. When in my head will be the attitude of this problem as a drug. When my confidence is 100% that this is unnecessary in my life, then false identifications with P.

A small example: Sometimes people say that they have quit smoking, but they can smoke once a year. But that doesn't mean quitting. Quit when your attitude is - it's bad! And you will never again.

This understanding came after the introduction of the book by Gary Wilson. I read and reread for 2 months to understand every word about addiction. I tried to understand the logic of the author. That you can get rid of the dependence through logic =) Everything is very simple.

Thank you all very much! Thanks for your support.

60 days reboot ended today! Thanks to the community for their support! Made another donation for nofap. Once again, I want to note important things on the way to reboot.
1. no need to fight addiction and think the more days I hold out the better. It is not important.
2. Every day I trained my brain by reading about the harmfulness of P. It should also become a habit. Until there is a strong logical understanding that it is harmful.
3. Communicate in the community and describe your state of affairs - this will help you understand yourself in the first place.
4. Thank you that you are still alive - at the end of the day, this dependence can lead to death.
5. Believe in God, and be intellectual!
Thank you very much for your attention! in this thread the last post! If you are interested in what will happen next read my journal
