6'3" or + Hop in

    I am 6'5" and do you guys have any of these problems too?
    • Anterior pelvic tilt
    • Weak hamstrings and core
    • Hip sagging during push-ups
    • Curved upper back
    • Weak lower back
    • Varicocele (rare)
    If yes what have you tried to fix them? A lot of these issues stem from the effects of a bad posture in puberty while being tall.
