6th day...urges are attacking extremely strong!

    6th day without porn and masturbation,and today,since morning I experienced the strongest wave of urges I ever had, I was on the edge of relapsing many times,but I'll be holding on. The urges are coming in waves,and most of them are extremely strong, some fragments of videos and pictures about my favorite porn actress appear in my mind all the time.Just for now,afternoon it became a little bit better,but temptation is still here.

    So far I could drive my energy into other things,like scale modelling,work,movies... tomorrow will be the magical 7th day,Ive never done it for 1 week before.

    Stay strong and don't give in. The worst urges come later and they never seem to completely go away. But you can do it.

    Don't give in - my uergs have been hell and I have given in to fanatsiation. I'm on here to remind myself why I'm fighting and want a normal life. I want to live not stare at a screen. My goes to much so I need to read and reminds myself . You cant trust your own mind
