For sure significantly man. Not just nofap though almost everything combined you can't just do nofap to properly change if you want fast results. Meditation for as long as you possibly have time for really helps. No negativity or anything overly negative too much either. Another thing I've been doing is eating something spicy daily I love spicy food and just not drinking any liquid until the heat goes away on it's own. Reminds you good has to come with a bit of bad it can't be all good.
Damn, my streaks are getting shorter instead of longer. I need to find time to think about my life, my choices and my goals. I probably should do that instead of watching youtube all the time.

Day 2 today.
Not really any big challenges yet only the usual stuff everyone has no crazy challenges really. I know there will be though it will get harder at some point and knowing that will make it easier to deal with it when it comes. So far everything I've been doing has come together nicely each thing motivating me to do the next thing. You gotta find out what works for you it's different for everyone. I still don't know for sure what works for me it's only day 7 I just know what I've needed up until this point.
Day 6/7 one more day to go! Then off to 14 day challenge
