5/7, I managed to convince myself that fantasies are as pointless as porn and can now stop myself from thinking about them right away.
Check in day 7! Bit of a dodgy week haha but I'm moving on to bigger challenges in life and on nofap now keep going everybody!
As much as good will and intentions are the addiction is stronger. Struggling to get through a day at the moment.
