Check in day 5/7 still struggling with sleep, determined to keep going
The idea is so great!
Only now have realized that my issue is a serious one and the key is so obvious. Let's start. Day 0.
Day 0, daily check-in. This time i'll have the biggest streak of my life without PMO!
Day 5/7 complete. I will get through day 6.
Day 1. Yesterday I have started vipassana practice. Realized that I have an asymmetrical walking. Trying to focus on my steps moving, so don't have time for PMO
