Harder than imagined. Not something to taken lightly. I tend to loose focus and relapse away. It’s bad. No motivation. Sad. Relapsed again now I’m starting day 0. More determined. Going back to basics. I can do this.
 
alright, I am in....yesterday (29/12/2019) was day 0 and today I am on day 1.

Last night was easy because I was able to turn off the temptation by turning off my phone.

Tonight I will do the same and if it doesn't work....I will try doing 20 push-ups and see what happens.
Take a walk too. Be around people. hang out with friends maybe. Just keep yourself up to something. you get idle you get tempted. Good luck!
 
Day 1. not feeling good, anxiety levels high. I get reluctant to check in which is not good cause I end up loosing my streak. Making sure that I'm on and conscious about my challenge.
