Day 1 complete. On to day 2.
Day 4/7. I've fallen down so many times at day 3 I'm pretty stoked to see day four.
Here's to keeping our minds out of the gutter and our hands off our junk.
6/7, didn't feel so good yesterday but fortunately found better ways to kill time instead of PMO.
Day 3. More yoga and reading, more swimming => less PMO thoughts.
Im in. started a timer too. Have done this before just to clear my head now Im seeing the negative impact on porn in my life and want to stop permanently
Day 1 approaching.
Day 3, daily check-in. I'm fine.
Day 0, here goes.
Day 5/7. Doing push-ups every time you have a thought is tough on workout days.
Also blocking every site under the sun and having my main laptop's wireless card crap out might have saved me today.
Day 6 finished and i did it again today
Relapsed, day 0. I guess I'm just impatient with stuff that I have to (or more like want to) do for the rest of my life. Like come on, how am I supposed to do this for another ~60 years? I suppose I should make nofap into my normal behavior and start treating PMO as something unusual, not the other way around. Still, easier said than done. I will however work on this until this becomes reality.
Day 1 again.
Forgot to log on yesterday, day 8 today, moving on to 14 day challenge!!!
Sounds like a good plan mate. I've been trying to just think one day at a time as I find it a bit daunting thinking too far ahead. It's completely possible to quit though. Plenty of inspiring examples of people on here that have.
I really like your idea of flipping what's normal and treating PMO as a strange thing to do. I'm going to try to keep that in mind.
Thanks and all the best!
Day 1 complete.
Day 4/7 of the new challenge.
Your xls made me do a double take (and make a copy). Hope that's ok. Good luck on your journey.
